Renegotiate a deal with China on the outstanding debt that they can’t refuse, in return we won’t sue them for poisoning us with lead. Nationalize our oil fields and turn on the spigots. Immediately cease all foreign aid to countries that hate our guts and attack us or spy on us.

Tax former Oligarchs at 90% such as Bill Gates, Ted Turner and Warren Buffet … you know the ones that froth over population reduction and spend billions on mercury vaccines for kids or just simply encourage eugenics for us slaves.
