John McCain, 5th From the Bottom
Rat Says: This would be funny if it weren’t so serious. 894th out of 899, that is in the bottom 99.44 percentile. We all know his dad and granddad got him into the Academy, but can’t we do better than this when it comes to Presidents? Seriously, John McCain’s IQ is probably teetering below 100 and lower than Bush’s.
