Rat Says: Way to go NsaneSk8er007, keep exposing these policies! What’s with all this silence at public schools, it’s like a lock down at a mini-concentration camp. I know of one middle school that doesn’t allow talking at all… FOR THE WHOLE SCHOOL YEAR, except for classroom participation.

I guess the message is ‘you will submit’? And people just go along with it.. don’t rock the boat. Well not this kid… this gives me hope for their future.
