Rat Says: The Spitzer scandal wasn’t about taking down a Governor, it’s probably going to turn into “How to take down a President.” This video presents a fairly convincing argument, i.e. Eloit Spitzer is the good guy Democratic Governor that wants to save the little people from the big bad bankers. He is fighting the evil Bush administration that is helping the predatory lenders against the State Attorney Generals. So Bush uses his vast resources to catch Eliot in a hooker scandal and shut him up. Makes perfect sense doesn’t it?

There’s only one little problem here, the Washington Post. The media oligarchs set up the whole thing to divert attention away from the Federal Reserve’s complicity in the mortgage meltdown and to build momentum in the “Blame Bush for Everything” campaign. Then they usher in the new Democrat and he saves the day. Spitzer was getting too cocky anyways, he will now do what the oligarchs say and they will restore him into the victim/hero. Maybe even put he and his wife on Oprah and do a hour on sex addicts. Spitzer does the humble, “I’m sorry act”… Oprah sighs with compassion. The End… cue music.
