Rat Says: This is no mistake, they(ABC/KTNV 13) think they can get away with giving McCain 2nd because the percentages were so close. Up until the last 5% of the precincts reported, McCain and Paul both were at 13% with Paul having a small advantage in the actual numbers. But in the last minutes Paul moved to 14% versus McCain’s 13% clearly giving Ron Paul 2nd place exclusively.

EDIT 1:02 pm ET 01/20/08: Rat reported this as KLAS due to the info from the YouTube synopsis, upon further research it is discovered that the actual call letters are KTNV.
