Charles Rangel proposes his “diversity” draft under the ruse of forcing “rich kids” to do their fair share. He opines that if the eilites’ sons and daughters are at risk, then our leaders will think twice before sending them to fight and die. On face value, who can argue? The problem is Mr Rangel is being played due to his eagerness to see this as a race issue.
