As we are all jumping on the Rumsfeld, war criminal bandwagon, let us not forget who rushed us into the conflict in the first place. These are the people that manufactured false evidence, i.e. LIED to send our troops to Iraq and illegally invade a sovereign nation. Should Rumsfeld be held responsible for his actions? Absolutely, but there are more that need to be brought to justice. Lying, spreading propaganda, and manufacturing false intelligence to start a war is treason and should be prosecuted as such.

Did he or didn’t he? Donald Rumsfeld appears to flip off a student in this CNN clip as opined on the liberal blog Crooks and Liars. These liberals are still giddy from tuesday’s victory and are not above kicking dead horses. Not that Rumsfeld should be defended but watch for yourself at 2:13 near the end of the clip. Maybe he actually is scratching his nose…. the question posed by the student is just not that antagonistic. Relax liberal bloggers.
