Folks, this is not incompetence but a well crafted plan to rebuild a new city which will include outside developers and bustling casinos, but not its original inhabitants. Why is public housing that was barely effected by Katrina being boarded up? As Greg explains, this is highly coveted real estate close to the heart of downtown New Orleans and has been targeted for years. Why is the mainstream media blacking out the real story?
